Job Description: We are hiring 3 Sales Closers/Coordinators with strong communication and client-handling skills. The ideal candidates should be confident, persuasive, and capable of converting leads into successful deals while maintaining positive client relationships. As a Sales Closer/Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound sales queries, following up with potential clients, and converting leads into successful deals. You must be able to clearly and persuasively explain our services or products, ensuring clients fully understand their value. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery, maintaining accurate communication records, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, be confident, motivated, and customer-focused. While prior sales or client handling experience is preferred, it’s not mandatory. Basic computer skills are essential, and familiarity with CRM systems will be considered an added advantage.
