Established in 1992, the Himachal Pradesh University Regional Centre at Khanyara, Mohli—located about 10 km from the Dharamshala bus stand—caters to students from Kangra, Chamba, Kullu, Una, Mandi, and other remote parts of Himachal Pradesh. Accredited with a NAAC A grade, the centre offers a diverse range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma programs, including LL.B, M.A. (English, Hindi, Sanskrit, History, Political Science, Economics), M.Com, M.Sc. (Geology, Mathematics), MBA, MCA, and PGDCA. Spread across an 8-hectare campus nestled in the scenic Dhauladhar foothills, it features modern classrooms, computer labs, a library, auditorium, sports facilities, and student hostels. Hosting around 1,200 students, the campus provides a peaceful and distraction-free learning environment.
