Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated experienced Truck Dispatcher with great attitude and excellent communication skills, who know how to get the best load for the driver, know’s how to plan the week, knows how to operate with DOT ELD regulations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and Emails.
  • Responsible for the coordination, scheduling, dispatching and planning of customer freight shipments
  • Develop a strong relationship with Independent Contractors within assigned fleet
  • Monitor shipments throughout transit in order to effectively meet delivery schedules
  • Maintain and establish new strong relationship with customers and drivers
  • Monitor performance and available hours of Fleet Drivers
  • Other duties as assigned

Additional Skill/Preferences:

  • Bilingual (Punjabi and English)
  • PCS/ITS/Mcleod Software experience
  • DAT load board experience
  • Understanding DOT/SAFER regulations
  • HOS / Logbook regulations
  • Flexibility
