Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager at Mehin Fertilizer located in Shimla. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, creating sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and analyzing market trends. Some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales or a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Knowledge of the fertilizer industry and agricultural practices is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP software
• Ability to travel within the assigned area
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
