JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

    • Office Presence: This role requires working from our Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh office.
    • Experience: At least 3 years in software development, with a portfolio showcasing your proficiency.
    • Technical Mastery: Strong command over PHP and JavaScript. Experience with Laravel, Node.js, and Flutter is highly desirable.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and engage with clients.
    • Continuous Improvement: A commitment to constant learning and staying abreast of the latest technology trends.

Responsibilities:

    • Software Development: Engage in hands-on development, contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of developers, guiding and learning from one another to achieve project goals.
    • Technical Solutions: Provide innovative solutions to complex technical problems and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
    • Project Delivery: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements, set timelines, and deliver on commitments.

  • Reporting to: Director of Technology
  • Remuneration: Rs 20,000 to Rs 40,000 per month plus Health and Accident Insurance
  • Joining Timeline: Immediate to 30 days preferred.
