Job Description for a Customer Support Role. – Domestic Process

Process Name – Airtel – Black RM/Multi/Postpaid

Responsibilities:

● Overseeing the customer service process.

● Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

● Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.

● Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support,

● Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.

● Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

Requirements:

● Graduate with 1 year voice experience.

● Communication and thought process has to be good.

● Excellent communication skills.

● Fluent in English

● Must be comfortable working from the office.

● Need Immediate Joiners

● 45 days Paid Training

● Age Limit – 30 years

● Male Candidates only

Shift Timings – 5 days working – Male – 6 am – 12 am (any 9 (nine) hours shift) – Rotational Shift

Female – 6 am – 8 pm (any 9 (nine) hours shift) – Rotational Shift

Remuneration: 3,20,000 – 3,55,200 (In hand)
