HPEXAMAFFAIRS Public Library, located in Mandi’s Mini Secretariat complex, is a key part of the Himachal Pradesh Public Library System. Originally established in 1959 and relocated to its current location in 1986, the library serves as a quiet and resource-rich center for learning. It houses a vast collection of over 40,000 books in both Hindi and English, along with subscriptions to 16 newspapers and 27 periodicals. With nearly 12,000 registered members and around 570 active users, the library offers free membership (with refundable security), extended hours from morning to evening, and essential internet access.
