We are hiring a PATIENT COUNSELLOR for TATA group company.

Job Responsibilities:
· Informing/counselling the patient/caretaker about the treatment.
· Patient enrollment via F2F/ tele counselling while adhering to Scripts/SOPs/processes and 100% compliance.
· Share patient progress update.
· It’s a field job, no need to come to office.
· Making home visits at patient’s homes as per approved process flow.
· Support in liaising with the call center team for patient follow up
Skills required:
The right candidate will be a science graduate e.g B.Pharma, B.Sc etc.
Minimum 1 yr experience
Medical Representatives can also apply.
Good oral and written communication skills in English and local language.
Patient management and patient counselling skills.
Empathy and willingness to listen and relate to patients.
Ability to work in a process-driven/structured environment
