Samarpan Society for Health, Research & Development, founded in 2001 and registered under the Societies Registration Act, is a Dehradun-based NGO dedicated to improving the socio-economic, health, and environmental conditions of vulnerable populations. The organization works in diverse areas such as free health check-ups and family welfare, child health and adolescent services, women’s empowerment, disaster management, strengthening local governance (Panchayati Raj), nutrition services, HIV/AIDS awareness, education, and environmental protection. Operating primarily in Uttarakhand from its office at 22 Inder Road, Dehradun, Samarpan is driven by a team of developmental professionals committed to providing community-centric solutions. Under the visionary leadership of Late Shri T.C.
