Job description
Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as advisors, partners or support on building business further through agents.
- Handling these advisors and drive their productivity and progressions to recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
- To meet agents, lead or reference providers, intermediaries, customer on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
- Training and motivating the health insurance agents to qualify contest and bring increment in business.
