– Assessing student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, and providing constructive feedback.
– Providing individualized support to students to address their specific learning needs.
– Supervising and guiding students during practical experiments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
– Ideally, having 0-4 years of teaching experience in Biology at the secondary level.
– Demonstrating passion for teaching Biology and inspiring students.
– Possessing in-depth subject knowledge and staying updated with recent advancements.
– Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Showing strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies.
– Proficiency in integrating technology, audiovisual aids, and educational software.
