Job Position – Call Officer
LOCATION – Baddi , (Himachal Pradesh)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Inbound calls received from senior citizens and outbound calls can be made by connect center Team.
- To Provide Multi – Lingual support catering to the languages spoken in the state.
- To interact with the senior citizens in a polite, empathetic and compassionate manner.
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
- Outbound feedback and other related calls.
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
- Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.
- Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Any Stream in Any Recognized University in India.
- Knowledge of the Hindi/English/Local language of the state.
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Must be available to work some holidays and weekends
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Collect information and management.
- Pay attention to details.
Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₹ 12,000.00 – 15,000.00 Per / Month
