Job Position – Call Officer

LOCATION – Baddi , (Himachal Pradesh)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Inbound calls received from senior citizens and outbound calls can be made by connect center Team.
  • To Provide Multi – Lingual support catering to the languages spoken in the state.
  • To interact with the senior citizens in a polite, empathetic and compassionate manner.
  • Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
  • Outbound feedback and other related calls.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
  • Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.
  • Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Any Stream in Any Recognized University in India.
  • Knowledge of the Hindi/English/Local language of the state.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Must be available to work some holidays and weekends
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Collect information and management.
  • Pay attention to details.

Job Type: Full-time

  • Salary: ₹ 12,000.00 – 15,000.00 Per / Month
