Role Description This is a full-time on-site General Manager role located in Chamba. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and enforcing safety and health regulations.
The General Manager will also plan and coordinate banquets and events, and work closely with the executive chef to develop and update menus.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant and banquet management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Experience with financial analysis and budgeting, including knowledge of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond calmly and rationally to unexpected situations • Thorough knowledge of safety and health regulations, particularly those related to the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience planning and coordinating banquets and events is a plus.
• Familiarity with local markets and culture is a plus
