Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator/ Accounts executive to provide quotations to the potential enquiries and the necessary support to the field sales team.

Required proficiency in Multi-Party Billing and Credit Note- Debit Note and VAT-GST Return Knowledge, ESI/PPF knowledge required, TDS Return filing, export documentation. Should be able to handle multi party accounts independently.

The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

Compiling the enquiry received, making quotations, submitting replies in consultation with sales staff, replying to customer queries related to order booking and successful supply till payment receipt. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness and informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems

Follow up with customers to whom quotation is submitted till the order is secured. Maintain high order vs. quotation ratio.

Coordinating with transporter for best transportation rates customer query resolutions

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities wrt to sales, so as to maximize long-lasting development of the company.

Job Duties:

  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
  • Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
  • Other duties as requested
