1. Establishing and Nurturing a Digital Learning Ecosystem;

– Designing and implementing a comprehensive digital learning ecosystem to enhance customer engagement and learning outcomes.

2. Conducting Effective Onsite or Remote Demonstrations

– Demonstrating the product’s capabilities either in-person or through remote channels, ensuring a compelling and informative presentation.

3. Analysing and Addressing Customer Requirements

– Collaborating with customers to understand their specific needs and translating them into actionable plans to meet their expectations.

4. Ensuring Flawless Technical Setup

– Overseeing the technical aspects of the implementation process to guarantee a smooth and seamless setup for the digital learning solutions.

5. Timely and Efficient Execution of Implementations

– Managing implementation timelines and ensuring timely delivery of projects, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

6. Cultivating Strong and Positive Customer Relationships

– Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact and fostering customer satisfaction.

7. Supporting Marketing and Sales Efforts

– Assisting the marketing and sales teams by providing technical expertise and insights to promote the digital learning solutions effectively.

8. Active Involvement in Product Development
