4. Responsibility to coordinate with Operations on documenting the work which is being done beyond the set scope of work given for the respective project.

5. Responsibility to update Operation team on manpower challenges (If any) and assist in ICOMS beats completions.

6. Responsibility to assist Operation Manager on data management of daily performance mapping.

7. Responsibility to coordinate with Iand CSI & provide positive operational information for his ward/area under consultation of Operation team.

8. Responsibility to coordinate with councilor & provide ad hoc reports as & when required under consultation of Operation Manager.

9. Responsibility to coordinate with Ops for complaint resolution and to update the same in records for effective Liaoning and billing purpose.

10. Responsibility to update PPT showing the effectiveness of respective work scope on daily basis.

11. Responsibility to update PPT showing the effectiveness of work done of the given work scope.

12. Responsibility to check the adherence of Personal protective equipment’s given to all the employees through ICOMS and update the detailed report on daily basis.

13. Responsibility to coordinate with HR department on reconciliation of Beat attendance and 100% biometrics implementation.

14. Responsibility to coordinate with IT department for any onsite technical support and implementations to be done in ICOMS software.

15. Responsibility for Onsite Induction to Operation team in terms of Work Mapping in ICOMS.

16. Responsibility to provide Maps and other needful information to Operation team.

17. Responsibility to update and intervene on daily challenges of respective department under consultation of PAG

a. With Operation for effective work performance & complain redressal systems.

b. With HR for Attendance & Effective Bio Metrics system.

c. With IT for aligning ICOMS with project Requirement.

18. Responsibility to coordinate with Operations of all the beats and update the attendance details in set formats.

25. Develop contacts with senior municipal authorities and ensure that the respective MC receives enough support to establish an unbreakable relationship.

26. To update Project reports, concept notes and proposal writing for Municipal Authorities.

27. To coordinate with consultant, vendors, and government bodies for smoother run of project.

28. Responsibility is to facilitate the joint survey with sanitary inspectors and other MC officials as & when required.

29. Responsibility is to attend the meeting with government and other MC officials to address and promptly rectify the project observations.

30. Responsibility is to update the project compliance as & when required.

Required Skills>Hindi & English Typing.>Good Communication Skills.>Skilled in Advance MS Excel.>Mail Drafting.>Skilled in MS Word.>MIS Report.

Qualification- Graduation Required.

Relevant Experience- 2 to 10 Yrs
