We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Executive to join our rice company’s team. The Office Executive will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence through social media management, particularly on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Additionally, this role involves calling potential leads and following up to convert them into customers. The ideal candidate should possess a creative flair for social media and excellent communication skills to interact with potential clients effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to promote the company’s products and services on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
  • Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, images, and videos, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Schedule and publish social media posts regularly while ensuring they align with the company’s branding and marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, promptly responding to inquiries or concerns.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide recommendations for improving the company’s online presence.

2. Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential leads and target audiences within the rice industry, including restaurants, distributors, and retailers.
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce our products and services and qualify leads for potential collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities within the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to pass on qualified leads and support in lead nurturing and conversion.

3. Customer Follow-up:

  • Initiate follow-up calls or emails with leads to gauge their interest, answer questions, and provide additional information as required.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all interactions with potential customers.
  • Keep track of follow-up activities and report lead status updates to the management team regularly.

4. Administrative Support:

  • Assist in general administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, document filing, and office organization.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a must.
  • Proven experience in social media management, including content creation and social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in lead generation and telemarketing is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and an eye for design to create appealing social media content.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiar with Adobe Photoshop or Canva to create engaging posts.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
